Product Guarantee
Cricket bats are subject to wear and tear from the moment they are used. Willow is a soft wood chosen for its ability to rebound the cricket ball effectively. Its lifespan depends on the amount and intensity of use. A bat used daily will wear much faster than one used occasionally.

Warranty Terms

SRISHTI CREATIONS INTERNATIONAL bats carry a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects only.

It does not cover damage caused by poor-quality balls, mistimed shots, yorkers, tapping, or general wear and tear.

Proof of purchase and proper preparation (e.g., professional knocking-in service) is required for any claim.

Claim Process

All warranty claims must include proof of purchase and evidence of bat preparation.

Bats returned under warranty will be assessed by our expert team.

If repair is not viable, a replacement or partial replacement (e.g., discounted new bat) may be offered.
